Choosing a garden room or annexe can be a complicated process. That’s why at Wentworth Luxury Garden Rooms we have kept it as simple as possible and we concentrate on what’s important.
Get Your Free Site Survey- 1
Our process kicks off with a free site survey from one of our experienced surveyors. We offer a choice of one or two annexes, plus a bespoke design service to suit your needs — we can design your own individual annexe to suit your garden space.

Choose your size — When considering size, take into account what you will be using it for. How many people will use it? How many bedrooms do you need?

When do you want it? We can sometimes react quickly if an installation is needed urgently. It’s important to plan the process — we can walk you through what to expect at every stage.

Do you need planning? — In most cases annexes do require planning permission as they are considered to be self-contained living accommodation, but don’t worry, we can help take care of the entire process, from submission to decision, as part of our all-inclusive turnkey service.

Arrange your FREE Site Survey — We have well informed, consultative surveyors who will meet with you in your own garden, measure up, talk you through options, advise on best positioning and everything else you will need to know.
